Greatly limits manpower and heavy equipment needs.  You can apply waste water/slurry while you do more important things.

Conventional manure handling is expensive and often requires two tractors with large quantities of fuel being used, along with endless man hours.

Field compaction is eliminated.  Low compaction means healthier soil and improved crop growth.

Total nutrient management can significantly reduce commercial fertiliser requirement on specific crops.  This nutrient management is now being driven by new EU regulations.

Waste water/slurry is applied at ultra low rates over longer periods, this greatly reduces worm kill and run off.

Low rate application allows continued nutrient use on a growing crop.  If a crop is using nutrients during application, there is less chance of contaminating the surrounding ground water.

Reduces the need for large HP engines or electric motors – only requires 3Kw to 5.5 Kw motors depending on size of pump chosen.  This will greatly reduce the energy cost required to spread waste water/slurry.

Odour reduction is accomplished when solids are digested in liquid form or separated for composting, leaving only waste water to be applied.  By applying at low rates we enhance rapid microbiological breakdown in the soil; faster microbiological breakdown will help reduce lingering odour problems.

The NC Pulse-Jet  is designed to work  in conjunction with the NC Separator which separates the slurry/manure enabling the Pulse-Jet to apply the separated liquid slurry/manure unto the land ensuring all the benefits as listed above.

We currently manufacture two models:

The conventional Pulser can be towed to the required position, where it can distribute liquid slurry or dirty water over 1.2 hectares from one spot, or the travelling model which is self-propelled by a reel system that covers 4.7 hectares in one run.

NC have the most comprehensive range of Dump Trailers on the market, all featuring our patented ‘Magic’ tail door. This unique design allows the dump trailer to be used with or without a tail-door but it is always there when required at the flick of lever.

NC manufacture Dump Trailers ranging in carrying capacity from 8 tonnes to a massive 25 tonnes. Four models are available, the 300 series, which is our most popular range, featuring the ‘Magic’ tail-door. The 400 series featuring a ‘Magic’ tail-door but with the added benefit of a front door which folds down to provide ramps allowing machinery such as tracked diggers to be loaded into the trailer. This gives a more versatile trailer and allows one operator to transport 3 machines to a job saving both fuel and operator time. In addition there is the 400L series which feature a wider body with square sides and the E series which is a more conventional design of dump trailer with high sides and a hydraulic up and over tail door instead of a Magic door.

Features and Benefits

All NC dump trailers are constructed using 8mm floor plates supported by the optimum number of floor runners. Extra thick side panels supported by two super strong horizontal and bulge supports together with the chassis design optimised using the latest Computer Aided Design technology ensure we offer the most durable products possible. Careful positioning of the body pivot point ensures maximum discharge height, enabling the operator to pile loads with ease. Our dump trailer is wider and lower than most similar products making it not only more stable but also easier to load with a rubber tyred or mini track digger. An additional benefit of this layout is ease of cleaning as the body is wide enough to allow it to be scraped using a 6ft bucket and with our Magic tail-door there is no need to remove the door for cleaning.

The new NC Lagoon Pump builds on the strength of NC’s experience of manufacturing Slurry Pumps /Lagoon Mixers and is ideal for open lagoons and below ground tanks. Designed to operate in very deep pits this pump is designed using the latest state of the art 3D modelling software to ensure every aspect of the design is engineered to NC’s high standard. Up-rated drive lines ensures increased performance and reliability reducing the need for gearboxes.

With the use of both the impeller and high pressure nozzle, slurry movement is increased significantly and makes mixing lagoons possible from one location. Due to the unique design of NC pumps, the same massive pressure and volume of slurry is maintained when jetting or pumping upwards to a Top Fill Tanker. It requires a 165 HP tractor and can be transported by three point linkage or if required a road wheel kit is available as an option.

NC Tractor Drawn Low Loader

NC provides an innovative range of low loaders to a standard specification and specific customer requirements. Models include the 16-Ton tandem axle and the 22-Ton and 25-Ton Tri-axles.

Features and Benefits

Robust and durable trailer chassis based on two 254x146x31 U-beams which are reinforced where necessary. With the addition of 150x75x18 channel section chimes and 100x50x10 channel floor runners the loader is designed for use in the most arduous conditions. A height adjustable, sprung draw-bar is standard on all 16, 22 and 25 Ton models. The flatbed floor is fitted out with 50mm softwood timber along its entire length with the beaver tail steel chequer plated for extra durability. Grip bars are welded to the beaver tail to provide extra grip for tracked machines. Standard ramps are 700mm (2’4” wide) enabling even narrow machines to load onto a standard trailer. Ramps are spring assisted to ease raising and lowering. All main models use two or three 8-stud 90mm axles rated to 40kph and fitted with 215/75x17.5 twin tyres. These are mounted on 80mm springs on the 16 and 22 Ton models and 100mm springs on the 25 Ton. The underslung suspension set-up gives good ground clearance whilst maintaining a low bed height. Hydraulic brakes are standard using 25mm brake rams and sprung release. A lockable toolbox is fitted to the kerbside of the trailer for storage of chains etc and crash bars are fitted along both sides. Rope hooks and chime bars are fitted closely along both sides of the trailer providing plenty of securing points for different types of loads.
